What’s the deal with the neon on the jackets?

The neon-lit jackets use specialized fiber optic cables that are designed and sewn into the garments in such a way that are water proof (once the battery pack is removed), and can be machine-washed

 

How do you clean them? 

You can put them right in the washing machine – there are only two things to keep in mind:

Disconnect and remove the battery pack
Try to fold the garment and/or put in a delicates bag to that the wires don’t get twistedmaround themselves or other clothes and potentially become damaged.
Hang dry – plastic can melt in the dryer.

 

How breakable are the lights?

These tracksuits are premium dancewear, they are durable but as anything electronic – it can be broken if you pull too hard on wires or if you cut or smash the wire.

 

How does the neon fabric work?

There’s a plug that connects and then you push a button on the battery pack that sits inside an internal pocket.

Press once for Strobe setting.
Press twice for Pulse setting.
Press three times for Static-On setting.

 

Shipping Information

If you’ve made international purchases from your country before then you may know that certain countries have import taxes for delivery. These charges are not covered by regular postage so please be aware that you would have to pay those on top of postage. The 2-digit state code cannot be left blank.

 

Shipment Tracking

After order processing and shipping, you will receive a delivery confirmation number is sent to you via email from the United States Postal Service. This is a confirmation of when your item was delivered, not an actual tracking number.

 

Back Orders

Any item that is placed on back order will be shipped as soon as it comes back in stock. Orders that contain back ordered products will NOT be shipped until complete. If you need your order quickly, please do not include back ordered items in your order as it may take a few weeks for it to be shipped.

 

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as forms of payment. Debit cards backed by a credit card company (previously listed) are also accepted. Currently, we do not accept money orders, checks or phone orders.

Wrong/Defective Clothing

We do not currently accept returns, unless we sent you the wrong piece or if the one you received is defective, please contact us here . Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of what happened and we’ll gladly resolve any issues.

 

Changes/Mistakes on Orders

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please use our contact form or call (818) 761-7628 and let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to make the necessary changes. Please be sure to include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order and the desired changes.
